CLASSES WITH ME

MONDAY’S and FRIDAY’S 6:30am

Online strength workouts which encompass everything us women need. They’re 30 minutes long and designed to fit in with busy woman. It’s functional, it’s effective, and efficient. You need your body and a weight (tins of beans have been seen).

WEDNESDAY’S 9am

Kettlercise class in Chilmark reading room. This is a 50 minute class using a kettlebell. It’s uses a blood shunting method which is great for fat loss and strength.

FRIDAY’S 10am

Boot camp – not as hard core as you imagine! A functional movement and strength class for women in Dinton park. I bring the equipment, you workout at your own pace and level in the fresh air. After 50 mins you honestly feel amazing.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING AND HEALTH COACHING

I live for personal training. My focus for everyone is to be the healthiest version of yourself as you can be, at whatever stage in your life you are, to be able to move the way you want to move and be who you want to be, whether that’s in a few weeks time, 10 years time or 40 years time. It is NEVER too late to start changing and I love to support this. I train clients from in person in Wiltshire, to online in America, Greece, Portugal and Switzerland.
