The ‘Squats and Coffee’ Blog

INFLAMMAGING – buzz word or a real concern?

I know, I know. It’s totally the buzz word at the moment. But it makes me think. I look at my dad and think about how he must feel. He’s a big man, broad and tall. His joints hurt, he struggles to get far nowadays and I catch him looking at the sheep wishing he…

SLEEP – Over rated or of deadly importance?

“I’ll sleep when I’m dead.” “Sleep is totally over rated anyway” Ever said or heard either of these? Life is so busy, and cramming in as much as you can is becoming the norm. About Me

Hi, I’m Annabel. I love squats and the perfect cup of artisan coffee! I’m passionate about health, mobility and helping women and their families to live a long, vibrant, well life. I’m mummy to four little people; Arthur, Alfred, Agatha and Athelstan. We’ve had our ups and downs health wise and I’d like to share my knowledge and experience and education in the hope it will help somebody. I studied BSc (Hons) Equine Sports Science at Uni, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. I love continuous learning and helping women!!

We have a little farm of sheep, horses and chickens and try and live an organic, outdoor life as much as possible.

These blogs are just musings of my findings and experiences as I head through life, both professionally and personally. Ironically it’s been two years since I wrote the last blog as I was writing about burn out and self diagnosed myself. It’s taken me this long to get myself back!

I hope you enjoy. Please get in touch if I can help. xx
